How do I log in with 2FA active on my AltCoinTrader account?

If 2-Factor Authentication is active on your AltCoinTrader account your require a Google Authenticator app to log in.

What does the Google Authenticator app look like?

Logging in to the AltCoinTrader account

1. Open the AltCoinTrader website/app (www.altcointrader.co.za).

2. Log onto your account with your username, email address, or password.

3. Open your Google Authenticator app on your device.

4. Wait for the 60-second timer on the right-hand side of the screen to start over and copy the 6-digit code generated by the Google Authenticator app by long pressing on the code.

5. Paste the code in the pop-up box requesting the 2FA code on your AltCoinTrader account.

6. Click on "Verify."
