What are the limits on ACT Pay?

Please note: Your transaction limit may also be affected by your account level and 24-hour withdrawal limit. If your remaining withdrawal limit is less than R100,000, that amount becomes your effective ACT Pay limit for the day.
Are there any fees for using ACT Pay?
No, ACT Pay is completely free to use—there are no fees for transactions.
How are refunds handled?
Refunds are processed directly by the merchant. Once approved, the refunded amount will be returned to your account in rand value.
How long does an ACT Pay transaction take?
Payments made with ACT Pay are processed almost instantly—typically as fast as, or faster than, a standard credit card transaction.
