There might be multiple reasons why your ZAR deposit is not reflecting on your AltCoinTrader account.
When you use the incorrect reference number when you made the ZAR deposit
If you have used the incorrect reference when making a ZAR deposit to your AltCoinTrader account your account will not be automatically credited.
In order for us to credit your account with the incorrect reference please email your proof of payment with the correct reference to support@altcointrader.co.za. Please make sure that you send the email from the email address registered to your AltCoinTrader account or else we will not be able to assist you.
Incorrect reference deposits can take up to 48 hours to be credited to your AltCoinTrader account.
Depositing ZAR from a bank account other than Standard Bank
When making a deposit from a bank account other than Standard Bank, deposits can take up to 48 hours to be credited to your AltCoinTrader account as there is a delay from the bank.
Your ZAR deposit has not cleared into the AltCoinTrader bank account
Unfortunately, sometimes the banks delay the clearing of funds into our bank account due to security checks on their side, always have your phone ready to answer a call from your bank if they give you a call to release the funds to us.
Duplicate deposit amounts within 24 hours
Depositing Rands of the same value within a 24 hour period might not be instantly credited as a safety precaution, If you wish to make more than one deposit in a day, make sure they are all different amounts to prevent any delays.
