This is to verify that you are the person in your ID document/Passport
Requirements for the picture of yourself holding your ID next to your face is as follow
- Please use a light, neutral background (we do not accept images taken on plain white backgrounds).
- Please look straight at the camera.
- The picture of yourself holding your ID next to your face must be in color.
- Please make sure that the information on the ID is not reversed and is clearly visible.
- Along with the ID, please hold a handwritten piece of paper stating "AltCoinTrader.co.za", today's date, and your verification reason.
- The ID and the handwritten note should be roughly the same size and all the information on them must be clearly visible.
- Do not cover any of the information on your ID or your note.
- Please refer to the image below for further clarification.
Requirements for your identity document
- Identity document can be a national ID or an international passport.
- Identity document must contain your date of birth.
- Identity document must be original (not photocopied).
- Information on the document must be clearly visible.
